I am having new blades sent from tech support, they broke. Call them at 800 221 7977. If over 1 year sense you got them, say how many units you bought and they might give you for free. Worked for us. Hopes this helps.
My fan is a concept II and it had the same behavior. I called Minka Aire support about this - they said it was either the reverse module or the receiver. They sent me both no charge! I replaced them and now my fan reverses. i am not an electrician, but the replacement was fairly easy. Just made sure to disconnect 1 wire at a time, connect it to the new wire, etc until I was done. Minka Aire support said they would walk me through it on the phone but I didn't need them to.
