Starts, 3 secs, turns off, restarts 3 secs repeats

Try removing the battery and restart. Could be a bad memory module, fan not working, CPU going bad, graphics chip overheated and going bad. I assume it is out of warranty so you might have to take it to a repair shop.

Ipad wont turn on

Hold the lock button in until it restarts and when it does restart it again to make sure it's fine . If the problem persists and it flatly won't turn on you should probably get it checked out .

Restart the camera by turning it off, waiting a second, then turning it back on. If the lens isn't fully extending, try these procedures.

Restart

Automatic Restart? Are you trying to Start Automatic Restart or Stop Automatic Restart?

If you have having boot problems and the system keeps restarting, then turn off the computer, then hit the power button and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Scroll down past Safe Mode and you will see an option to DISABLE AUTOMATIC RESTART. Take the Disable Automatic Restart option.

Maybe you should just take the memory boards from the motherboard for a few minutes and then put it back on the same place. It helps sometimes.
