Demo mode set on lg tv

TV is possibly in DEMO MODE. Goto MENU and TURN DEMO MODE OFF.

On remote Press SMART (with house symbol)
go to
settings then
option then
mode setting then select
home use

(and, if you're feeling really brave, but it's not necessary to do this to remove demo mode
to return to initial settings

Demo modes are usually removed by pressing a combination of buttons on the set--If this is a LG as indicated call them with the model number and they will help you.

2. Press left or right button to highlight the SET UP menu.
3. Press up or down button to highlight DEMO.
4. Press left or right button to highlight START.

Did you have any luck? My LG is stuck in demo mode too. Menu button doesn't work, and keylock was on as default so I can't use the buttons on the TV itself.

I am pretty sure you can press menu and go to picture than pick one of your viewing modes, than do avanced settings and scroll down, you should see tru motion and other settings, try doing this.

Hi. I had the same problem. It may be fixed by pressing the volume down and menu buttons on the tv-set and hold for five seconds. Then you can use the remote to turn DVR demo off.
