Save it to your computer. if you are using Window Xp or Vista you can unzip the program first by click on it and unzip once this is done you can open the item inside the zip folder. if you are unable to open it provide the extention of that program.

Note: if you are using a older windows version you will need to download a free program like winzip.

Hello, there are usually two versions of adobe flash player: one for internet explorer browser and the other for all other browsers. You just have to download the version for the browser you use. You can use this link to download from the adobe website:

It will automatically detect your browser and choose the correct version for you.

Thanks for using FixYa

I cant open my videos on facebook... it says your adobe plug in is crashed... what shall i do?

Try uninstalling your current version then re-install from here:
You must be out of all apps that access the Internet when you download. You may want to save to file, exit all apps, including e-mails, then open file and download. You will need to allow the Active X and restart when download is finished. If you have problems with the download, Adobe has a good help section here:
You will also want the latest version of Java. You can get that here:
You will either need to update your current version or, uninstall it and, download new.
Good luck,

I already install the adobe flash player, but still i cant play my games in facebook.

Perhaps the newest version of Adobe Flash Player isn't installed.

Sometimes you have to use the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller, then download, and install the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.
Adobe Flash Player may not automatically remove the old version. If the old version isn't removed, the new version won't install.

This is Adobe Support, (Adobe Support Center), and the download page for the Uninstaller,

On line 1 click on the blue - uninstall_flash_player.exe (229KB)

In the small box that comes up click on Save File.

Now in the other small window that comes up look at the heading at the top.
This is where the file will be downloaded to.
Write it down.

It may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads in the heading.
(Desktop, Documents, and Downloads for Vista, and Win7)

1) If it has Desktop in the heading the file will be on your desktop screen.

2) If it has My Documents in the heading, click on Start, then click on My Documents.

3) If it has Downloads in the heading, click on Start, click on My Documents, double-click on Downloads.

When you see the file name - uninstall_flash_player.exe - double-click right on it.
Follow the simple instructions of the Installation Wizard.
(Just click on Next, Next, and Finish)

When you are done restart your computer.
Now go back to Adobe, and download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

After you have installed the newest version restart your computer if it does not state so.

Can't get audio on youtube and other sites. When I try to fix it, it's grayed out!

Suggest you upgrade your Adobe Flash Player.

First thing to do is to remove the old version. You have to do this manually, the new version will Not automatically uninstall the old version.

Adobe Flashplayer Support Center > Adobe Flash Player Uninstall,

The following is for computers using the Windows operating system:

On this page go down to line 1, and left-click on -
(In blue)

A small window will come up -
Opening uninstall_flash_player.exe

Left-click on Save File.
The file will go to where your downloads are set to save to.

Windows XP:
My Documents, (Start>My Documents)
May go to a sub-folder within My Documents.

Windows Vista:
(Windows start key, or Windows Start Icon > Documents)

May go directly to your desktop screen.

File name is uninstall_flash_player.exe
When you see the file name Double-click right on it.
Follow the instructions.

Then go to Adobe Flash Player Support, and download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player.

On this page left-click on Get the latest version.
(Get the latest version is in blue, and to the right of the white f, in the Red square)

Download, install, and restart your computer.

I would also suggest you make sure you have the latest version of Java.
