Question about Casio Exilim EX-Z4U Digital Camera
Sounds like the firmware on your camera is faulty, or some other hardware error, If this camera is within manufacturer warranty, then they should fix it for free, it will need to be sent for repairs either way.

When a System Error message appears on the LCD screen of the
Nikon Coolpix 4600 this usually means the camera has a fault that will need
repairing. There are two things you can try first. The first one is to try a
different memory card. The second is to remove the batteries for 24 hours and
then put them back in the camera and try again. If this does not work contact nearest Nikon Service Center.
