Love the printer and it's performing great. I was thinking of giving this nice printer four 1/2 stars, because the direction should have emphasized more clearly that the paper holding tray must be pushed all the way back in to the printer not just the paper. So when you think the tray is all the way in give it another push. because one can not continue with any of the installations. It would not be fair to the product itself, to write negatively.

Recently when my almost 5 yr. old HP printer died-for good- I bought a "Brother" because I found they give you toll-free Tech Service "for the life of the printer"... and that's what I like!}
