Question about Euro-Pro Vacuums

I just received my Hepa filter in the mail today. Product #XSH621 - Hepa filter for EP619 & EP621 :005-04 When bought my vacumn, I was told that the filters were free and all I do is pay Postage. Today I received one filter and it lookes like I got charged the postage for two filters. The packages slips: One stated order #11152282 The other order # 1151940 If I get charged for two I expect to receive two. Can you help me with this matter or where can I go to get resolution.     My name is Charles Estrada, I've purchased three units from shark,two navigators and one rotator vac.My problem is the service or lack of.Each time I purchased a unit I was told that I would receive thee order within a certain amount of days.After paying I received an e- mail stating,we could not ship it because it was on back order and didn't receive it for acouple of months!!! I ordered a hose for my navigator because it split and broke,no suction!! I was told again I would receive it within three to five busines days.ounce again I received an e-mail stating not in stock back ordered.I had no vac and a very dirty house so I had to go out and sped another $160.00 for a new one to solve my problem.I'm upset,irritated,frustraded with customer service because of the extremely long delays,being told one thing and given another. I can see this happening one time but not every time I make a purchase.ther is something wrong in your warehousing,purchasingand customer relations dept.With all the competion and economy the way it is you would figure this would have been solved by now.This is a period over three years.The lack of effort on your part to keep your customers is alarming!I'm in sales and marketing and I would like to say this is not the way to treat your customers take care of business and get repeat and new sales.I love your product but with customer care nad service like this,you won't be in business for very long. I would like to receive some kind of gratuity from you for all the trouble I've had. A free navigator or rotator would suffice.Sincerly Charles Estrada.

This isn't really a problem that can be fixed here on Fixya rather than advise you as a buyer. You'd have to contact the people/company you have purchased the filters from and take it up with them regarding the postage. Hope you get a decent reply.

The output filter on that unit is HEPA and traps all particles. You need to clean or replace that filter because the airflow cannot leave through it and it wont develop suction.

check your hose for a clog, id even check from where brushroll is at bottom to the end of hose. sounds like that could be your problem.

Wind tunnel hepa filter it stopped during my vacumning. It was plugged so I cleaned the plug but it won't start again. the outlet has power??


let the handle all the way down look down at the vacuum head you should see a reset button reset it and see if it won't turn on then hope this helps

My Eureka Lite speed whirlwind has a bad odor when it runs.


It is either the filter or on the roller or belt.

Brush will not turn


The most common problem is the handle isn't screwed in tight enough when the machine was assembled. Try tightening it down all the was and the electrical connections will then seat properly.

Dyson collecting debris/hair, ect on top of hepa filter?


Called Dyson today about the cyclone canister clogging in my DC17 Animal. Turns out it's a problem with the black rubber gasket in the bottom of the canister. This also causes the HEPA filter to get lots of dirt and debris on top of it. They are sending me a new Cyclone canister with the corrected gasket. This will prevent anything but small particles of dust from entering the top of the cyclone and the HEPA filter should no longer collect all that stuff. Hope so!

Hepa filter on dyson dc01


Not sure about you model, but some of the dyson's have the hepa filter under the dirt container. Remove the container, there is a cover that comes off and the filter is under that cover.
