Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
I bought an iPhone 4 online, I am unable to use it because the phone is "Disabled" what should I do, Pls. HELP.. thanks
The phone may have been locked out of service by the previous owner. Did you contact the person who sold it to you??? It may need an unlock code. If the phone was reported lost or whatever, it may have remotely been permanently locked. It would most likely require the original unlock password to unlock it if this unlock process for your phone is able to be done.
This is one of the reasons why I would never buy a used cell phone on line...

You would need to do a forced recovery. check out support.Apple.com for how to do
