Restore it with iTunes that is the only way. And yes if your phone is not backed up you will lose everything. That is done for security reasons. Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings

disabled as in by the owner of the account?ask them to reactivate it... as in by at&t? pay your bills.... maybe its out of charge? charge it....

WARNING: Restoring will delete all data on your device including the jailbreak and unlock, but this is the only way for you to recover it.
