Timer blinking everytime i open my pioneer xv-ev61 the timer contineus blinking i dont on how to fix it

Turning the record timer on/off

  1. 1 Press TIMER/CLOCK ADJ.
  2. 2 Use the <> (cursor left/right)
buttons to select REC.
On the front panel use '<<>> and <<>>'
  1. 3 Press ENTER.
  2. 4 Use the <>(cursor left/right)
buttons to select ON or OFF.
On the front panel use '<<>> and <<>>'
5Press ENTER.

You cant. All you can do is author DVD's to the proper region. Or if you can duplicate, hack it to your region.

Hi. I have a Pioneer XV-EV9 and it stopped working sudenly and then the timer was blinking. Probably it has heating. I sent my player to repair, but it doesnt work. I have a pioneer xv-htd330 and the timer light just blinks what can i do


I had the same problem, it would be on watching TV and the volume would change and it would shut off, check ALL the speaker wires that go into the back, pull them all out (1 at a time) re-twist them and insert back into the slots

That should fix it..Good luck

I have a pioneer dvd/cd receiver player,,, xv-htd540 and the timer light is on,, and the unit wont turn on..


i don't have a solution , sorry . but i am looking for a user manual for the xv-htd540 . do you have one ?? dennis

ours did the same thing. Make sure that the switch on the back is set to 120 volt. That fixed ours
