Melting wheels on Casey pitching machine

First thing is to be sure the wheels are oem. Second would be to attempt to shade it or paint the rims on the wheel silver to reflect the heat. If is most likely the glue used on the rims is a heat set adhesive and melts at about 140 F

Power shuts off when i turn on switch

There can be two possible reasons for this to occur. The first would be that the pitching machine might need more power than that which is available at home, or the machine might be working for a long time and may have got heated up.

How to remove the wheels on a Casey Pro? Do you just use a wrench and twist extremely ******* the lug nuts or is there anything else you need to do first?

I have the same problem with trying to remove a Casey Pro pitching machine wheel. The main problem I am having is trying to stabilize the wheel so it doesn't spin so I can really try to exert enough force to remove the lug nut. Any ideas anyone???Thank you.John
