SOURCE: need manual for master forge 2 burner gass grill
If you contact Lowe's, the exclusive retailer for this imported grill, they will be able to provide you with the Owners Manual. Apparently, there were a bunch that made it through without having the Owners Manual.
SOURCE: Master forge grill won't light with 2nd propane
Here's the problem and how to solve it. When you opened the valve on the tank, you did it as you normally would. However, the new OPD Valve tanks will often shoot a heavy load of gas to the regulator and lock it up.
To hopefully solve the problem, do the following:
1. Turn the tank valve OFF and disconnect the hose from the tank.
2. Wait 5 minutes and reconnect the hose to the tank.
3. Open the tank valve VERY, VERY SLOWLY (Slow motion, slow), until the valve is fully open.
Then light the burner farthest for the tank first. Did the burner light and does the flame height
look correct? If so, light the remaining burner(s) the same way. Do all the flame heights look
correct? If so, you solve the problem. Remember to always open the tank valve Very, Very
Slowly.
If that didn't solve the problem, you will need to replace the Grill's Hose/Regulator Assembly. You can pick one up at any hardware store or home center that sell grills and accessories for about $30.00. Take you old one with you for comparison purposes.
Hope this helped you troubleshoot and solve the problem. Please let me know and Happy grilling!!

After you install the new one, be sure to check it for leaks, as described in the grill's Owner's Manual. Also, and this is very important. When opening the gas tank valve, open it Very, Very Slowly (slow motion, slow). If you don't, the regulator will lock up and no gas will flow to the burners.
Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa. Happy Grilling!!
SOURCE: Master forge grill leaks propane from regator
Not much info given here. But if I am reading correct, a gas leak is on the regulator unit which is attached to the gas line (hose). An entire gas line connection (propane is what I worked with-I'm cetain this will apply to natural gas also.) are less than $15 at your local Big Box hardware store (Lowe's/H-Depot). And they can be easily be replaced by snapping it onto your existing connection. By replacing the entire unit, you should not have to be worrying about any leaks or worse....harmfull accidents to you or your family. Just remember to check your work by applying some soapy (dishsoap) water all around the new connections and make sure no bubbles appear thru the soapy film, indicating a good tight seal.
