W1903 when in diagnostic mode, washer fills, agitates and spins properly with an empty tub (I.e. No clothes present). With a very small load, works but seems to struggle and with a larger load it can't agitate or spin, 'tho it tries. Suggestions please. Thanks

the washer is probably not reaching the right speed possible cause may be your motor capacitor replace this and try again if this does not work possible control circuit problem keep me informed
SOURCE: Miele W1926 washer shakes more then usual when spin.
I'd start simply.
They do move over time and if the floor is not even the machine will be out of balance.
If you have not done so check the machine is still level and all feet are solidly on ground.
Try to shake the machine by hand and see if is solid on the ground. There are leveling legs under the unit you can adjust.
Hope this helped. Please rate answer if it does.
