Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: how to set a sustainer in zoom g1xn?

There is not a sustainer as such - However you can use the Decay parameter in the reverb module.

  1. Set the Module Selector knob to Reverb
  2. Choose a reverb type from H = hall, r = Room, s= Spring, A = Arena, t = tiled Room (arena 1 - should do it quite well)
  3. Turn the module knob to decay And rotate the value knob until the number 30 shows
Apart from that you may get a bit more sustain from using different Drive modules - the distortion drives such as Ed will give a longer sustain than the clean accoustic drive sounds.
Using heavier gauge strings on your guitar will also give longer sustain but make it a harder to play fast.

D5 error for my zoom g1xn. what is the solution for that?

A D5 error? Are you sure you're not reading it as "d5"? If you're in the Drive Module, d5 is "distortion+". If you're in the Delay Module, d1-d9 are settings that control the mixing ratio of effect sound versus original sound and the feedback amount. I'd refer to a user manual here:
https://www.zoom-na.com/sites/default/files/products/downloads/pdfs/E_G1_G1X_3.pdf
Hope this helps you.

Have you tried to reset the unit? You can do this by holding save button for few seconds while connecting your adaptor to g1x/g1xn. Then the indicator will blink, then push save button again, this will reset your unit into its factory settings

It blinks with "be" and turns off

It may be "but" that you're seeing, which indicates the batteries are low. Use the AC adapter made just for this model only, and the guitar needs to be plugged in to turn the unit on. A full manual for this Zoom model can be found here:

Zomm g1xn software problems

Yes, it's a hardware problems. Try using the battery.
If the result is the same, there is a possibility of damage to the processor IC (ZFX3). But before be sure, try measuring the voltage as in the image below :

Stuck in GN display usually appears because 1.8Volt voltage is not normal (or no voltage at all), and in general, it is caused by damage ic ZFX3.
Leave it to the experts to be repaired. If it really ZFX 3 is the case, then this can not be fixed, because ic ZFX3 not sold to the public. If you call the authorized service ZOOM, you may be able to buy G1XN mainboard. 11399294-xykdzr1cdriwl1tmr4ngy0qt-2-3.jpg
