I can talk but the people im talkin to hear a fuzzy noise

I can here people talk and i can talk to the people but when i talk they hear a fuzzy noise. I have turtle beaches and they work fine with the volume and everything so the speakers arent blown out. Its just when i plug that attachment that goes from the controller to the amplifier into the controller when its not plugged into the amplifier yet it brings up the little speaker and it says its me talking. i sent a voice message to myself and i can hear the little buzzing noise. What is that and can i fix it?
