The problem probably is in your valve which regulates output of water. Normally on these types of toilets, this is and can be the common cause.

Toilet flushes but bowl won't fill up

Adjust the level in the tank. It should be filled to the level mark on the rear of the tank. Adjustment is by the screw on the float, or lever depending on which country you are. Some tanks are Dual Flush, small flush for waste water (short press), long flush for solids (press and hold). See the link.

Saniplus pump sounds like a jackhammer

I'm glad you asked today, and not 3 months ago!
We also have this model, and ours is hooked to a septic tank, and with a whole lot of trouble, I believe we have your answer.
It is: Toilet paper.
You can pull up the Sani-flush people on line, and they will help you disassemble your unit and clean it. You should find it bound up with a big wad of toilet paper. The newer toilet papers, particularly the softer/gentler/stronger ones, are more glue than paper, and will clog up everything. After our latest go-around a few months ago, we had to go to some stores and buy an assortment of toilet papers, and put samples in glass jars with water, and shake them, to see which would disintegrate, and which stayed together. Because of this, sounds like you will find this the problem. Best not push the motor, or it may burn up, and be quite expensive to fix.
Be blessed,

I have a 2 piece american standard toilet and after flushing solids dont seem to be sucked down they kinda just go down a bit and then appear back up

Providing you don't have a blockage in drain pipe, check the flow from the hole down in front part of bowl, where water discharges to provide that extra push. Not uncommon for that to plug up with calcium etc, and that blast of water while flushing gets decreased or eliminated causing slow flush. You can try a pipe cleaner or stiff piece of wire to try and clean it out. I've also tried to dump a couple of $5 jugs of C.L.R. from hardware store in back tank, then flush at end of day and let it sit in there overnight to break that calcium up as well. Sometimes works good.

Toliet won't get rid of solids

first shorten the chain from flush lever to the flapper valve by one or two links at a time until flushing properly

second the flapper valve might need a wipedown as well as its seal (top edge of tube where water goes down into bowl) the leaking is because the flapper valve is not seating properly.. you may need to replace the flapper itself.. easy to do, and a common part at hardware store.

Toto Dorian toilet does not flush clean

Don't know if you have calcium build up problems. If you do you could pour a calcium cleaner into the tank to try and clear up the problem. This would be the only way to possibly clean the enclosed area. Good Luck. Jeff

The flush valve does stay open long enough after flushing

Which style of flush valve do you have? If it is the dual-flush option (solids/liquids) I do not know how to adjust those. If you have a traditional style, then the flapper or ball is closing too soon. You need to adjust the guide arm (flush ball) higher or shorten the chain between the flapper and the handle. Adjust this carefully or you will have it fail to seat and the toilet will constantly run.

I hope this helps.

Water level is too low to flush solids properly Where is there an adjustment?

That would be in your Cistern - change the level of water being allowed into the bowl by screwing the plastic grub screw on the float valvle in the cistern. There is normally a level indicator on the cistern as to where the water should be sitting.

If this level is correct and the solids still dont flush properly then I am not sure what else you could do. Did this problem always exist, or has it just started? (could indicate that it is gunked up inside if it was OK before)

Good luck

An old eljer toilet with the drop ball and brass guides. I cannot get the ball to seal well. What can it be?

I think I have a similar toilet--I found at Lowes a new "drop ball" that seals the hole in the tank. You're drop ball might be disintegrating from the hard water in the tank. Take the tank cover off and shut off the water before flushing the toilet. Once it's flushed pull up the drop ball. Feel if it's still solid or not. It is easily removed by unscrewing it from the rest of the assembly connecting to the flushing handle. Unfortunately for me, the one they had at Lowes was slightly different in shape than the one I had, so I had to return it and deal with the older one. good luck!

How do i reverse flush fiesta radiator

(With the engine cold) remove the radiator cap

First drain the coolant out of the radiator in a container, either from a drain on the bottom of the rad, or by slowly removing the bottom rad hose.

Block, or pinch the top radiator hose

First, flush from the top... pour water into the rad cap hole for a while and let it come out the bottom hose.

Then, run water from the bottom, and let it run out of the open cap.

Then flush it from the top again.

This should flush the rad, unless it is clogged pretty solid.
