Paper is not coming through printer and it comes out curled up
The paper does not come all of the way out of the printer. it then reads a problem and shuts down and shows a paper jam. I can take out the toner cartridge and assembly and pull the paper out. when it comes out it curls completely and forms a round piece of paper. There is also some printing on part of the back of the sheet of paper.

Curling paper is almost always an indication of humidity in the paper. Toss the paper and get some fresh paper out of the ****. if the package the paper comes in was left open it may not be good either. open a new **** and try that
Make sure you've let the printer know what type paper you are using. In the print dialog on your PC, you must choose in the preferences area whether Plain, Photo, Glossy, Cardstock, Envelopes, etc. Such things control the pressure of the rollers in the fuser, as well as it temperature. Too hot will result in curled paper.
Also, make sure you are storing the paper properly prior to printing. It can't be too damp either, or it will curl.
Finally, if all else fails, your fuser may be overheating and need to be replaced. Hope not. If so, look for a rebuillt one online. Much cheaper than new. Good lick!
I guess what you mean is the paper curls when it comes out. It's most likely that the paper is cold and a bit moist, then once it goes through the transfuser (a very hot module inside the printer that settles the toner onto paper) and with the tensions on rollers, the heated surface expands and causing the paper to curl. And thicker paper will have more effect than normal papers.
Try keep storing your paper in a dry location (but without sunlight).
Paper get curled from excessive dampness in paper. The heat from a copy machine is always the same.
Try fresh paper from a new packet. Do not store paper in Humid areas. Paper not being used for a long time, remove from copy machine and store in it's own packet..
Ckeck the glass on the left side it is about 1inck by 12 inch for white out on it also clean the optics. On your curling problem install fresh paper you can check your fuser temp. in sim 43-1 change it to 180.
