Question about Dell Computers & Internet
You might be able to get to the touchpad from the control panel, it might be under mouse, it may have an option to hide or display the icon. If you can't find it there, another possibility is START, then right click COMPUTER, choose PROPERTIES, choose DEVICE MANAGER, and find the device, it might be under 'Mice and other pointing devices' or 'Human Interface'. You can click the plus sign to expand the list. When you find the touchpad, double click it and then you'll see some options.
