I have a Sony Cybershot DSC-P92.
I have replaced and recharged batteries but the camera will not turn on. The light blinks on and the tone sounds and then nothing.

Hi,
Take the camera card out of the camera.
This is a factory reset procedure so you will loose any pics in the internal memory!!
Turn the camera off and take the battery out (including AC power). move the power switch to the ON position and hold down the power button for 15 seconds, then move the power switch to the OFF position and release the button, put the battery back in and power on the camera.
NOTE: you will have to reset the time and date + any previous user settings.
