Question about Refrigerators
I cannot figure out how to remove the back panel of the bottom freezer, I need to access the area that the drain tube is in. My drain hole is plugged as no water ends up in the defrost tray at the bottom of the fridge....it just somehow ends up in the bottom freezer cavity under the pull out drawer. Once there it freezes and when the frozen patch gets high enough, then the drainage just ends up on my kitchen floor.....This is a Kenmore Elite refrigerator model 795.75553401

It is in the freezer compartment but you can try accessing it from the bottom where it goes into the drip pan. Try using a can of compressed air with a straw held tightly with your fingers and blow out the line backwards.
Not a lot of infor ar pictures in you manual . It does say to make sure it is level and shows hot to do so. See below:

You need to clean out the drain tube it's clogged that's why the water is freezing.Try using hot water and maybe something like pipe cleaners to get what's in there out.Hope this helps. On some models it may be easier to pull out the refrig from the wall and get to the drain from the back.
