This part appears to be a housing screw - 10/32 threads; 5/8 " in length. Probably a Pan Head screw. It can be found in any hardware store.

I have a 1989 f150 an its has a 4.9 liter taking off a control module off dont know what kind of screws or bolts cant see to if there bolts or screws is there a kind of tool to take them out

It's either a t-20 torx screw or a 7/32" bolt head screw. Google image search "ford ignition module tool" you will see the two most common ones. The one that has the two different tools offset is my personal favorite. Either one will work and either will likely be available at any good auto parts store.

Screws from sony cybershot dsc-p100 are missing

This can present a problem.
You must know what sizes the screws are. Some cameras have more than four kinds of screws on the case. If the screw is too long, then it can touch some component or the circuit board and could cause a short and ruin the camera.
Try to find someone with one like you have and get the kinds and sizes of the screws. I have Nikons, Canons, Panasonic, Sony and others and hardly any of the screws are the same in the different brands, or differ in kind such as wood type thread for plastic, fine thread, course thread and others. Plus, the sizes of the screw and the length will vary. The colors can vary as well as the type of head of the screw.
Another possibility is to get a broken camera from a site such as Ebay. Buy the camera, remove and use the screws you need, then resell the camera as a repair, as is repair camera.

What kind of screw driver is needed to change the bulb on an akai pt46dl0 tv. I got the back off the tv with one kind of head, but the screws on the bulb part are weird, is there a name for that tool...

You need a star screw driver. All lowes and home depo would have a small set of these hex changable that you can take in and out of a screw driver. Ask them at the tool counter for assistnace. You need one of the smallest size star fitting bits.
