KWorld Hypermedia Center - channel scan gets stuck after locating 34 channels

I'm using Windows 7 with KWorld HyperMedia Center 3.6 and using the driver 5.9.721.812 for my DVB T 380U stick. Seems like similar problem to this one http://www.fixya.com/support/t7920914-scanning_channels_stops_after Any ideas??

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

After the most recent software upgrade my under 12 month old Sony KDL75W850C Smart TV will no longer program our National Broadcasters 7 operating channels, not even recognising them as existing.

Signal strength of those seven channels may be below detection level. In this area, channels 3, 6, and 23 are consistently MIA no matter how often scanned.

Stuck on one channel

Is it the tv's remote? Change the batteries
are you on a cable box? You need to use the providers channel changer. Tv is made to stay on one channel like channel 3 and the cable box runs the different channels.

I live in Pretoria South Africa using Windows 7 I have installed the drivers for DVB S 100 however I cannot find signal scanning with Media center and my Theater please help

Follow this steps and try

in windows 7
On the start screen, scroll to Tasks, click settings, click TV, and then click Set Up TV Signal.

Follow the steps to connect a TV signal, depending on the type of tuner or tuners that the cable is connected to

********
else try

The Windows Media Center TV Pack has an "Auto Select" option which removes channels that have a weak signal from the EPG. To run the "Auto Select" option to check the list of available channels and to evaluate the signal strength for each channel, follow these steps:
  1. Start Windows Media Center.
  2. In the Start window, scroll to Tasks, click Settings, and then click TV.
  3. Click Guide.
  4. Click Edit Channels.
  5. Click Auto Select.
The "Auto Select" option tests each channel. Based on whether a strong or a weak signal is found, the "Auto Select" option puts a check mark in the box next to the channel. As soon as the detection process is complete, you have to click the "Save" option to save the newly selected channels to the EPG.

I have a Kworld TV878 TV card. I need a program for watching TV channels. Could you please send me a software for windows 7 to my e-mail address.

There actually is software built into the Home Premium, Business and Ultimate versions of Windows that can do that. It's called Windows Media Center. This can also be purchased and downloaded for other versions of Windows 7.
I hope this answers your question,
Yannick.

Is there any way to remove channels after auto scan kworld sa295?

I stumbled across this feature by accident :-)
---------------------------------------------------------------
Press the "OK - Enter" button.
Your list of auto-scanned channels will appear.
Key in the channel number. Ex. 101-5
Then press the "Left browse arrow".
The channel number will now appear grayed.
To re-activate the channel just key in the number again and now press the "Right browse arrow".
Use the Up or Down browse arrows to page through the scanned list.
