No Sun. paper yet this year

I updated my credit card. I have received no Sunday paper in months and the site keeps threatening my digital access. Something is lost somewhere. could you prorate my subscription and resume Sun. delivery?

SOURCE: my update last month has caused numerous message problems and doesn't seem to absorb that I did in fact update my subscription. HELP.

Well, when you renewed your subscription online, you just renewed it on the symantec end. So what you need to do next is open your Norton program, and go to "My Norton Account" or "subscription". Then you need to sign into your norton account from within the Norton Application and it will update your subscription status.

How do I pay my on line bill with Metro PCS?


  • Homepage of metro PCs.com selec manage and pay tab
  • Scroll down to the right select payment options and history
  • Log into your account or create new account with your phone number
  • The things u will need for paying online
  • Your MetroPCS phone number
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The credit/debit number on the front of your card or the 10-digit PIN of your MetroPCS payment card
  • Your CVV2 security code. For MasterCard/Visa, it is located on the back of your credit card in the signature strip. It is at least 3 digits and is always printed AFTER your credit card number. For American Express, the security code is the four digits on the front of your card.
  • Month/Year credit card expiration date
  • ZIP Code where the debit/credit card statement is mailed
  • Be sure and print out the confirmation page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation text upon successful payment.
To make a payment with a checking account, have the following information ready:
  • Your MetroPCS phone number
  • The dollar amount you wish to pay
  • The routing number and checking account number. The routing number is the 9-digit identifier that is specific to your bank. To update your credit card details in Paypal:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Credit Card in the Account Information column.
  3. Select the card to update and click Edit.
  4. Enter your credit card verification number.

You receive this error when a secondary account in a Gold Family Pack subscription tries to add a credit card or buy Microsoft Points. Secondary accounts cannot add credit cards to or make purchases with cards over Xbox LIVE. The primary account can add a credit card and transfer points to the secondary account. Unfortunately there is not a lot you can do but threaten them. The banks will not help on a debit card, only on credit cards. There are a ton of pages dedicated to the posting of scammers by persons ripped off.

I will only tell you what finally worked for me.

About 2 years ago, I paid postage on a sample and the following month I began receiving product, and debit card charges against my account for an amount close to $100 per month.

For over a year I called and emailes and snail mailed these people to try and stop them from sending the product and refund my money. I had never opened one of the shipments.

Finally, out of desparation, I wrote my state attorney's office, explaining what was happening. He was kind enough to return my letter, and said that he would send them a letter from his office, stating that if I did not receive immediated reimbursement, he was going to recommend that I retain an attorney and file charges against them for a number of offenses.

In less than a week, I received credits to my account, one at a time, sometimes 2 or 3 a day. I couldn'y believe it.

My latest? In December of last year I ordered a cell phone from Cellular Blowout.com, paid $148 on the debit card, and have never received a thing. I have threatened and cajoled to no avail. They simply will not communicate. Phones result in being placed on hold until I hang up.

Write your state attorney, it may help.

Had the same problem, phone just seemed to be cut off, tried updating the Sim off the Orange site, but phone was too old for it to update. Phoned Orange explained the problem, and they very kindly sent me a new Sim card, free of charge, I could also keep my old number and credit that I had on my phone, and they even supplied a free phone number to register the Sim when I received it. Apparently the Sim card was faulty even though I had, had the card 11 years with no problem whatsoever, strange that it if fine one day then 'faulty' the next, still hat's off to Orange for quickly rectifiying the problem for me. Phone Orange on 07973100 450 give your phone number but not your 4 digit code, then wait to speak to an person/advisor.
