Question about Westinghouse LTV-32w1 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
Do I need any software or special hookups to use tv as a pc monitor?
Have a look here http://microsoft.com/windowsxp/mediacenter/using/setup/cables.mspx

Nothing at all is required, it acts just like a normal monitor. It even supports plug n play.
If your computer supports it, I would suggest using the DVI connection to the TV, as it will result in a cleaner picture. The TV does have normal VGA inputs as well, so at most you would need a cable (if you dont have one already).
