Question about Hoshizaki Commercial Freezer KM-500MAH
I have two Km-500mah ice makers side by side. After running cleaning cycles, one works fine, the other does not work at all. There's no power. Changed fuse, and the old one is fine. The power OK light on the electronic control is not on. Tried resetting the electronics, with no result. The outlet has power.
Make sure the cleaning valve is turned to the full clockwsie position(closed) and the handle is secure and the screw tight. This will make a switch behind the handle and provide 12v to the control board lighting the red power OK light.

First make sure that the cleaning valve is closed, this is the White wing nut looking handle on the side wall under the inlet water valve. This handle has to be in the closed position which is horizontal to the base it closes a micro-switch. If the handle is loose turn the power switch to Ice have the handle in the open position and feel with your finger behind where the handle closes and push the micro-switch in manually and hold for a few seconds and see if the Power OK light comes on on the control board in the control box.
