Google alerts page won't load to my computer. but all other sites will try to set up google alerts.

I'm not sure which Google page you're trying to use as your home page, but you might have a look at the Windows Vista compatibility site available by clicking here to see if your home page is supported in Vista.
That might lead to something...
Otherwise, here's a link to the help & how-to site for Vista that Microsoft offers.
As far as the Google page not loading, what version of Internet Explorer are you using? Have you gone to Windows Update to make sure your system has all required hardware updates applied? There could be some kind of driver bug with your hardware that hasn't been worked out yet.
It seems to me this would have something to do with the way your Gmail is set up rather than Vista.

May be u r using IE 6.
Then Please upgrade to IE 8.
