No parts for the gun. I'm not sure what model you have for sure, I don't recognize 1600 PWA, see link.

SOURCE: Karcher pistol gun has broken

Make sure you DO NOT have a check valve (this is what stops your hose running when you disconnect from the hozelock fitting) in your hose pipe system, This will send a shockwave through the pressure washer and destroy the fitting you mentioned. They can be easily removed.

SOURCE: karcher 1650 leaking water from trigger

i believe the spring is the actual trigger spring that pushes the trigger switch back in place and the water leaking out is probably a seal issue

The water tank is getting really hot, steams come out the sides of it but no steam is coming out the bottom.

I was having the same problem. No steam out the bottom. I took the whole thing apart and cleaned it...inside and the mop heads. I now get water to the heads but steam is still coming out the sides of the unit and leaking. I took it apart again and this time had my husband look at it. He found a tube with a spring in it...the spring had punctured the side of the tube and was leaking inside the machine! I am really upset by this as the machine never really worked right from the beginning but I really did not know it was not supposed to work this way. Now the machine is over a year old. I will be calling tomorrow and complaining but am not very optimistic that they will do anything and from what I have been reading will NEVER buy another one!

Replace all of the o-rings within the gun make sure that the striker pin is free to move. The striker pin is the one that the big striker hits, it is on the inside of the pressure tube.

Karcher pistol gun has broken

i do not think there is a pressure release valve , sounds like the plastic inside the pistol has become brittle and has failed under pressure , you dont say how old the pistols are ? and if you run strong detergents through them .

Bissell PRO Heat Steam Cleaner is not dispensing the water. I took it apart and cannot find any obvious issue with it i.e loose tubes, connectors etc.

Does water squirt out of the hose nozzle, if it does, then check the heater inside the handle asm. Make sure that where the tubes hook up to it are not clogged. If water doesn't squirt, check for the seal at the bottom of the tank, it needs to be on the tank, not in the hole. The flow indictor cap is leaking air or maybe is too tight. If you had the top cover off, make sure that the tubes are routed right so as not to get pinched when the cover is put back on, the smart mix knob should be in the water setting and that the piston is on the bottom of the smart mix knob. Pump is bad. Try running a mix of vinegar and water to see if that unclogs the lines.
