c6-400 code error is poor connection (power supply)


press start and clear/stop button

Check that you do not have toner save mode (Eco mode)turned on.Also very damp paper can give this result.

KEY IN 1087 TWICE N PRESS START, ENTER CODE ERROR EG.400 N PRESS START. ONCE IT SHOWS CLE, ENTER 163 N PRESS START. WAIT FOR IT TO RESTARST. LALI.

It most likely can be reset over the phone. Go to www.gfbm.net and call. They can walk you thru reset over phone whach should correct the problem at no charge.
