SOURCE: My Dewalt dc911 charger works but no sound?

Try and plug something in the aux. If you don't hear sound out of the aux when you plug something like your cd player in then your speaker cables have come off the circuit board or the out put transistor has gone on the radio. Sell on Ebay these go for a good price faulty.

Need to replace transformer on a DC011 Dewalt jobsite radio which is no longer available: can you substitute the transformer for the DC 012?

Almost certainly yes, but ask the DeWalt Service Department. They will know.

The DC011 Worksite Radio/Charger is a great addition to the tools professionals love. Listen to the radio, CDs, or digital music from your phone or MP3 player. DEWALT®'s cordless worksite radio has great reception, is weather resistant, and runs off of 7.2V to 18V DEWALT® batteries that take an hour to charge.

My DeWalt DW303 Type 1 recip saw's blade set screw is among the missing. Does anyone know what the thread is for the blade set screw. Thanks in advance.

I think it is not only the thread but also the material its not 8.8 material otherwise its much harder ,use only materials with the same hardness standard steel shall lasting not long its to soft and will come loose By Dewalt nr 099164-06 or a molybdenum steal from everywhere and equivalent hardened.

Can I power a small appliance with my dewalt

This is what dewalt is saying...The Dewalt 12V/20V MAX work-site charger/radio functions as an AM/FM radio and recharges your 12V/20V Dewalt batteries (batteries not included). The 3-stage charger can recharge your batteries in as little as 1 hour, and the radio can run off 12V/20V batteries for cordless operation
  • 2 AC power outlets offer more versatility for jobsite power
  • Auxillary & USB ports allows for connection to CD, MP3, portable satellite receivers, and other digital audio devices.
  • USB port allows device to be charged via USB when radio is plugged into a wall outlet
  • Class D amplifier, woofers and tweeters provide full range of high and low sound for optimum sound quality,( hope this helps)
