That pump is sealed and not normal opened by the user. If you do not assemble it correctly it will become a shock hazard.

Pump continuosly runs after water is cleared out of basin

The problem is with the float switch. I have attached the manual. There is probably something keeping the float from falling back down. Check you sump basin and make sure nothing (including the power cord) is interfering with float.

You could try searching for strictly a battery supplier who might be able to cross-reference your battery to something equivalent.

My irrigation pump starts runs for a minute or so than stops after several minutes it repeats this cycle. it is a submirsible pump. I have checked the pump start relay and it appears to be functioning. Any...

Of course, the pump start relay is okey. Your submersible pump is either overpumping/ or overloaded. Check the amperage while pumping using a clamp ammeter. Set it at 50 or 100 amp. Note the reading in amperes and compare this with the rated current posted at the pump control. It should not exceed the posted rated current. Assuming it is okey, then, it is overpumping. Your submersible is
drawing more water than what the well produces.
Solution:
To correct both situations, run the submersible pump
with your gate valve at full close position, and slowly
open the gate valve, until the pump runs smoothly.
Try it with the gate valve 1/4 open. Count the number of turns to get it full close from a full open position.
Divide the number of turns by 4, and the result is the
number of turns to open for you get 1/4 open valve.
Just send your e-mail for further assistance. God bless u.

No water on submersible pump

I assume this is a new instalation or you just removed and reinstalled to pump. As you have power on the load side and we assume your wiring to the pump is correst, you need to open a valve on the output side of the pum and bleed the pump. They will become air bound, Leave the valve open until it flow freeley. That should do it

Good Luck
