4KW is marginal for HVAC compressor. Breakers get weak with time. Assuming th gen is running properly and the correct voltage is available. A HVAC unit can take 6 times the start current than it takes to run, so it is possible the inrush is too much

Hi See if the gas tank cap vent is clogged,remove the cap and check the gasket in it.Check the flyweel key(not to be sheared) and the condenser( not to be defective).The ignition points(not to be burned).Check the oil in the crankcase(pay attention to the low-oil-level shutoff sistem (if there is one).Check the fuel lines and filter.Check the muffler(not to be clogged).Check the plug wires and make sure is securely attached at the sparkplug.Check the cable and linkage.
