The user guide is stored on the tablet, unless the Help information was deleted. Information about finding the manuals for various Amazon Fire tablet versions are available here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200317150 . The Quick Start Guide for the second generation Kindle Fire HD 7" is available here: https://kindle-fire-updates.s3.amazonaws.com/Kindle_Fire_HD_Quick_Start_Guide.pdf .

All other manuals are available on the devices themselves. Swipe down from the top on the Home screen of the Fire tablet when you are using it. Tap on Settings, then tap Help. Tap on the User Guide to read the manual. For the Kindle Fire, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap More and then tap Help & Feedback. Then tap User Guide.

Newly purchased laptop & don't know the operation of web camera - laptop dell 15r N5010

Look in your control panel there should be an icon for your webcam software there. They put all that garbage on the desktop yet always fail to place a webcam icon there. You should have received a users manual with it, that info should be in that booklet as well.
