Got the je470 minidisc recorder but want matching cd and amp. which models are compatible? thanks

Sony models may have a bit of a family resemblance, but any CD player and any amp will work perfectly.

You will probably want a CD player with an optical digital output to take advantage of the optical input on the minidisc.

Sony MDS-E10 has been dropped. need schematics to solve problem.

Your service shop would need to purchase the service manual (if available). The problem here is that without seeing the unit, I can;t tell you whether the optics are bad or the tracking head is bad or the loading mechanism is defective. None of those options are cheap. Let me look into this a bit and see what I can find. I will try to get you part numbers at least with costs.
