ok..everything is in chinese im going try to describe what you have to do.....first turn on phone....slide arrow across ......you see 9 icons....pick the second row....and second one from the left side...a new screen just pop up (scroll down the the 3rd icon) another screen just pop up scroll down to the 3rd (press black button) icin this is the page you want you can select the top one this should be english.................. hopefully this heplful to you
