Water dripping from under feezer, have ice maker, shelves get soak and wet. model 71182100

Is there ice cycles along the bottom edge of the ice maker?
Do you have a dispenser through the door?
please give me the answers and the model number for more help.

the heater in ice maker is stuck on may need a new ice maker .try repair clinic .com for parts.

Replace the water inlet valve assembly. It has a stuck solenoid. Here is the part to order.

Is the water coming in from the ice maker water line dripping into the unit or from somewhere else?

I have a Kenmore Coldspot Model #69207990 and have the same problem. Water from the freezer drains into the refridgerator onto the shelves and sheets of ice form. A repairman pointed out that the tube leading down from the freezer onto the drain pan was frozen. By pouring hot water down the tube, he reopened this drain line. Problem solved for six months and the drain line froze again. My question is how to stop this drain line from freezing up again.

Forget the warranty - it is only for the compressor and that is usually five years. Did you check for freezer temp - wet cubes indicates too warm up there. Water dispenser lines may be clogged.

If low temps you may have low refrigerant or a defrost mechanism not working - if not working there should be ice buildup on line entering the evaporator in back of compartment.

Sound like water leaking from tubing to ice maker or valve drips

check your tubing for auto ice maker if you have one. It my be clogged. This happened to us with a $100.00 repair for tec to blow through it to fix.

HII Your drain line is plugged remove evaporator cover and get a hair dryer and remove all the ice built up on the drain line its a hole just below the evaporator..show here the hole is on the left side.Good
