SOURCE: my incoming call and outgoing

Hi,
Welcome to Fixya. You can try to do a reset to factory default but the device will loose all the information stored on it. You need to backup first all the files including contacts on your blackberry to your computer to do a reset.
How to reset the Blackberry 9780
- from the homescreen open the application tray - scroll to and select Options - scroll to and select Security - scroll to and select Security wipe - Tick/untick the items you would like to wipe - scroll down to the text box and enter blackberry - scroll to and select Wipe
If you have questions please let me know. Thanks for using Fixya

The phone does not ring , but instead goes straight to the message bank and makes it usual sound. Have to call 321 to receive. Can make phone calls.

This is most probably call forwarding enabled for all Calls. Disable call forwarding and you should be fine. The other possibility is that you have barred incoming calls

I have nokia e63, sometimes even the signals are there but I can't receive calls/sms, also I can't send sms or make any call, what should I do ? plz help

There are two possible causes of such a problem for you. One of them is that your line has been blocked by the service provider possibly due to violation of terms stipulated by them. On the other hand, it could be as a result of barred calls.
To analyze them carefully for you,
It is important for you to note that there is a function that comes with most phones that enables you to disable calls from being made and from being received. Also, what most people do not know is that while they are disabling the calls from being received or made, they also disable any communication from being made or received through that network. This includes barring incoming and outgoing messages. If this feature has been accidentally activated, it could lead to your inability to make or receive calls and messages.
Also, if your network provider has blocked or deactivated your line for some reasons, you might not get a notification and you won't be able to make or receive calls and messages too. The best way to figure this out is for you to try to recharge your line and see if it works, if it does then it is not from your line or better still just call the customer care and explain your ordeal to them.
Lastly and most unlikely, if it is a new sim card, you have to activate it depending on your network, there are different methods by which this can be done.
Hope this was helpful?

My audio is not working the problem is in the realtek AC'97 audio for via r audio controller

Things you can try; right click on speaker icon at lower right of screen in task bar, is there a red x on it? Click on playback devices. you dhould have "realtek' or "hd sound device", etc.. You should have a green check on left side and power bars on right. Right click on device, and you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that and exit. Right click on devoce again and click on "open sound mixer" and adjust your volume. You can also try ; clixk "start" find and click on "control panel". In your list (icons) click on "device manager", open and click on continue. Click on the box with + next to "sound audioand game controllers". You shpuld have a drop down with your device. Right click on it and you should see "disable". If you see "enable",click on that and exit. Right click on it again and click on "properties" tab. You should see "this device is working properly". Go to your speaker icon back in desktop and adjust your volume.
I could be of more service if you provide more details about your problem. It sounds like you have a VIA chipset with Realtek audio. If I can help you further let me know.

I dont know the barring paasword of nokia 3230

You need to speak to Customer Services- they may have set up a specific CB password when the account was created.

You also need to make sure call barring is enabled on your account- it is sometimes disabled by default. When you ring up CS to enable it, you should be asked which call barring password you want set.
