SOURCE: cannot set the time on
if you are unable to set the time first try unplugging the unit for 7 minutes this causes the control to reset if after you replug the unit in you still have are unable to set the clock you can if you are electically inclined replace either the touchpad or the erc depending on which one has the fault on some models the erc (electronic control) has the touch pad built into the erc and you would order one piece whereas other units this is a two piece control and you would have to distinguish between which is the fault part if you have any further questions message me back I await your reply Thanks

SOURCE: Correct wattage bulb in Simpson
if you are refering to the light inside the oven, I dont think there is a problem with wattage as the oven is rates to high wattage
and it is also inside the oven, so in an area that can cope with heat.
if possible check remove the old bulb and check the wattage on the glass or on the side of the fitting.
I personally would recommend that a 40W should be suitable.
I hope this was useful
