Pull the brushes out and make sure they are in good shape. Sping the motor by had then put the brushes back in and see if it works. Often times the brushes get blocked by wood dust. If not check the power cord and switch for continuity.

Model R163GK router. Where can I get a working manual?

The user's manual for the Ryobi R163GK fixed base router is available from Home Depot on the product page: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Ryobi-8-5-Amp-Fixed-Base-Router-R163GK/205179539 . Look on the right hand side of the page for the Use and Care Manual. The direct link to the manual is http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfimages/de/deaea807-a602-4a2e-b637-e30019a5f34f.pdf .

I hope this helps. I think the K indicates that the unit was for Home Depot sales; the router is the same as the R163/R163G. Ryobi has the same manual here, https://www.ryobitools.com/power-tools/support/manuals , if you leave off the K.

Hello I have a ryobi router table ART3 what router will fit this table the manual say's a ryobi 163 but I live in Australia and can't even find a second hand one , their are plenty in America but they are...

If its not and adjustable table and you can't find one, modify the mount to fit yours. Most of the time all you will need to do is drill 4 holes in the top of the base to match your router base. Easiest way to set it up is to remove the router base from your unit and use the holes as a template to drill the holes.

Is there 2 type of battery chargers for ryobi one+ and lithium 18v one +

I just went through this with Porter Cable 18V but I can't say it is the same for Ryobi. On the PC, all 18V batteries are interchangable on the tools, but the charging needs are different. A dedicated NiCad charger can't shouldn't be used for liOn but the later chargers will work for either battery.
Ryobi offers an 18V upgrade:

Help, I have a Model 315.242130 Router. The motor housing body(plastic) has been worn thru use and when I had it attached to my table saw with router attachment(also sears) it became clogged with wood...

These were made by Diehl Manufacturing Co In 1988 the Motor Products Division of Diehl was acquired by Japanese power tool maker Ryobi, Ltd., becoming the basis of Ryobi's new U.S. operations, Ryobi Motor Products Corp.; Ryobi took over supply of products to Sears Craftsman, retaining the 315 manufacturer code.

So... it appears you can use a Ryobi part. this may sound sarcastic but.. even as a seasoned expert we could spend hours searching ryobi router parts and still not find you a 100% match.

Spend some time using this page and see if you find a match:

Click on the individual corded router links.

Just trying to help you,

I need a Switch Triger for a Ryobi Roiuter model R161

you are going to have a problem finding one. The switch is showing as obsolete no replacement at 2 different sites. I would make a wiring diagram and if you have a local repair shop see if they can match it up with another mfr's switch. If they do it has to have the same ratings and specs.

My ryobi fixed-base router is very difficult to adjust its depth.

Clean the router after each use some have grooved plastic threads surrounding the motor that get plugged up. Normal use and design may be a factor.

Ryobi edger, trimmer, weedeater was working fine for 30 minutes. Then machine was stopped to put on another tool attachment. It was restarted and worked, then not long after, it completely conked out....

If the trimmer has fire, (spark) Then:

check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen is free of debris. (Should be able to see daylight through it.) Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152), to clean the small portals in carb. These portals can become blocked. Reassemble and start.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.

Manual for Ryobi R1801m1 router

http://ryobitools.arinet.com/scripts/EmpartISAPI.dll?MF

I think you mean R180 router. This is Ryobi's site the manual section. Even if your particular router is not listed you should be able to draw from the information listed for similar router there.
