Open My Computer and select the new drive that is your camera's CD. Open it and run the install/setup files.

do you get any error mesages ?
does the drive cd not run ?
are you vista or xp or other op can you post any messages you get.

look in (drop down folder)
click the driver you require
start
it should load the software to run ,if not post full name of camera and will search for a driver on line for you .
