Sometimes there are adjustable knobs you can turn on the top of each Stanchion, one for left side of the fork and one for right, righty tighty, lefty loosey. otherwise it's just a fixed fork. You can service the fork by unbolting the innards at the bottom of each side with a hex key/allen key, but i'd look up on fork suspension maintenence before you do that...

SOURCE: I have a 26" Huffy men's mountain bike with shocks

Sounds like you have brake chatter. You need to "toe in" your pads on the front brake. Most new brake assemblies have a wedge shaped washer between the pad holder and where it mounts. If you loosen the nut that that holds the pad holder to the assembly and turn the washer you can see the relationship betwween the pad and the rim change. Turn the washer so the pad is toed in slightly(the end towards the front of the bike). If your brakes don't have the shaped washer you can put a crescent wrench on the brake arm and CAREFULLY tweak the toe in. Be gentle and good luck!

SOURCE: how do i adjust mountain bike brakes

There is a small tension nut on the cable near the brake calipers on the cable coming from the brake. Loosen that nut and squeeze or loosen the brakes to where you want them and then retighten the nut on the cable.

I don't think the shocks are adjustable. Manufacturers pre-size them and unless you want to replace them with a pair more of your liking, you're stuck with them.

Stripped handle bar adjustment piece

Your bike appears to use an adjustable stem, which allows rotation to change the height/reach. Although such stems are a fairly new feature, they have been successfully used for several years. Apparently the one spec'd for your bike is not very sturdy. See the posts below from two people who had a similar problem. I suggest you complain to Walmart and ask for a fixed position replacement or a partial refund so you can choose your own stem.
