Not sure what you are asking? website is what? If you are trying to uninstall Internet Explorer you cannot-it is a system application and the Windows will not run without it in Win 7 and newer. Websites are like Yahoo, MSN, Facebook, etc. so if that is what you mean, just delete the links to those names. they are not installed on the pc physically. other browsers like Google Chrome can be uninstalled, toolbars can be uninstalled, but IE cannot because of its relationship Windows OS.

I have Windows 7 - someone used my computer this afternoon, and it seems that I now have Internet Explorer 8 installed which has caused a few problems. Please help! How do I remove this IE8??

You can uninstall IE8 by following these instructions, however, I would not recommend it. Internet Explorer is one of those programs that is deeply integrated with the Windows operating system and can cause even more problems if you try to uninstall it. If a website is not working with IE8, I would contact the webmaster of that website and let them know they need to support IE8 (and soon IE9). You can also try downloading and installing Mozilla Firefox. It is a far superior browser than Internet Explorer and you might like it better.

You can uninstall them if they are already installed on your computer.

Assuming you are using win 7 go to Start and type Add or Remove Program. From there Uninstall Adobe Plugins and restart your computer.

After restarting visit Adobe website to download and Install new plugins, restart your browser. It should work.

First check to see that volume is up =).

If you have the internet on the computer:
If that's not the problem, uninstall and reinstall your audio driver. When you reinstall, let windows search the internet for it when the option comes up. Select "yes, this time only."

To uninstall your driver, go to your control panel, double click system, select the "hardware tab," click "device manager," find the "audio" or "sound..."(it has the megaphone picture next to it), expand the tree(click the plus sign), right click the icon with the yellow question mark, select uninstall.

To install your driver, Follow the steps until "select uninstall." Instead, select install. That's when you'll want to let windows find the driver for your on the internet.

If you don't have the internet on the computer:
Uninstall the driver like above on the computer.
Go to the manufacturer of the audio card's website and look for drivers or google "(company's name) audio drivers," download it to a USB stick or disc, and copy it to your computer.
