Instructions for Bowflex WR30M?

In time mode, hold set (bottom right button) to change date and time. The selected (flashing) item can be changed in one direction only using the up (top right) button. Press set again to cycle through each item until desired settings are chosen.
In stop watch mode, the up button starts and stops the stopwatch, the set button will take a split time while the time is running. To reset the stopwatch, press set once while the time is stopped.
In alarm mode, the up button turns the alarm on and off. There are three alarms available. To cycle though alarm times, press set. To set an alarm, press and hold set until the time flashes, then set the alarm time using the up button, cycle through hour and minutes using the set button. When finished, press set again.
Timer mode. To set the timer time, press and hold set until the time flashes. The timer goes up to 23h:59m:00s. You cannot set seconds. Once set, the timer can be started and stopped using the up button. There is no reset for the timer, to start a new timer the time must be manual changed again.
To check heart rate, press and hold mode until PUL is shown, place two fingers, one each on the top and bottom metal contacts for 6-10 seconds to get reading (This works best when not in motion).

My Tag Heuer CE 1111 has a loose bezel. I used to click when turned clockwise. How do I fix it?

It sounds like the spring under the bezel is broken. Just bring your watch to your local jewelry store, and they will give it to the watchmaker, he can repair it in less than a week.

Need manual for g-force watch global atomic

Hi, Since you didn't specify the model or module number of the watch, try this link:
http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/

Take the four-digit module number from the back of the watch, enter it, and download a PDF of your watch setting-instructions.
I hope this helps you. Thanks, Bill

REQUIRE A MANUAL FOR AN ADIDAS WATCH. MODEL NO. ADK1239 900 711 CE

You can get instructions from their web site (www.adidas.com/campaigns/watches_fw07/content/index.asp?)

Click on "instruction manuals" in the menu on the left, choose your country.

You will be presented with a series of generic instructions from which you should choose the ones that suit your watch.

After battery replacement of casio sea-pathfinder

If it has "AC" written on the module you may need to short between the AC point and + battery. Also check voltage of battery. It may just be too flat.

Replace batteries on sea pathfinder how do i remove the metal frame holding all four batteries in please

If you see no screws holding the contact (metal frame), that means the contact is clip-on. Take an eyeglass and examine all contact legs carefully- you will find out where it is clipped on. Use fine pointed tweezers to pull contact legs and undo it.

Rate, please.

Manual for polar CE0537, where can I find it?

CE Marking (CE-Marking), is also called sometimes "CE Mark", as shown on the top of this page, is a mandatory mark for many (estimatively around 70%) of the products sold on the EFTA plus European Union (EU) market (total 28 countries) and it is often referred as the "Trade Passport to Europe" for non-EU products.

Polar's CE marking is CE0537. It is on all Polar products.

It is not the model number. The model number on monitors is printed on the back and is usually above and sometimes below the Polar stamp.

My model number was hard to read. It was nearly transparent. I did locate the manual for my model at:
