Question about Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 WIN-Blk Webcam
After complete installation of the LifeCam software and connecting the camera to the computer(USB):
- Device manager shows no irregularities - the camera is connected and shows up in the list (Audeo video and game controllers). USB: everything OK
- But: the camera adjustment procedure only delivers a blank (black or green) video picture.
Operating system: Windows XP SP3
Note: installation on another PC (notebook) with same operating system was absolutly OK and there the camera works.
I've done this like 9 times and still not working

you do not need another driver version for your camera unless you upgraded from xp to vista ...if you only updated the MSN program and it works with other IM programs...it means that the problem is the MSN ...try to reinstall the program ...or to see if there are any settings you skipped...
let me know more about ...
