System error 007

Hello and thank you for using Fixya

The 007 error code means your copier is experiencing a non-detection of the upper roller/fixing film, and it's not spinning correctly. You will need to check out your film's condition and also check the green handle in this area for a possible paper jam. Replace the fixing film and the error will go away.

What is error code 001

A E001 is a fuser error code. It means the fuser is not warming up correctly. You may have a blown heatting element or a dirty thirmisters. I don't remember if it can be cleared with out fixing the problem. It has been a long time from the last time I worked on one... Good Luck

Canon PC785 fails and turns off immediately after turning on. Displays code ''EO'' just befor shutting off

E0 error means Fixing Unit failure. It could be a dirty Thermistor. It could be an open Thermal Fuse. It could be an open Heater Lamp. Anyways, once the culprit has been isolated and corrected, the copier will need to be reset via "jumpering" certain points on DC Controller.

Paper jams in machine does not come out into trays

Any number of problems.....the most simple is that could the paper size is set incorrectly (either size and/or orientation) so the paper is not where the machine "expoects" it to be -check your tray settings. Otherwise, it could be dirty/worn rollers, blocked, or dirty paper sensors, fuser problem (depending where the paper is. The bottom line is....if you have the tray set correctly, then the solution to the problem will require technical intervention

Paper jam caused a message ''EO''

E0 is the code used by Canon for a fuser problem, the part of the machine that gets very hot and fixes the toner onto the paper. This code means that your fuser isn't heating up properly. It could be the heat element within the fuser or the overtemp fuse may have blown either way you should really have an technician look at it for you.

H5-01 indicates tha the paper sensor is defective in the fusing unit. The only way you can try to reset that one is buy turning the power off, wait 30 seconds and turn the power back on.

If the error code returns the fusing unit will have to be fixed to take care of the paper sensor.

My camera is making me sad :-(

This was taken from another site:
My camera displays “bC” or “Err 99” when I try to take a picture. What does this mean?
BC is an error condition in EOS film cameras, and means one of two things. It either means “battery check,” so try putting in a fresh battery, or it’s a general error condition of some type. If the battery is fine, have a look at the previous section for things to check, especially dirty lens contacts or lens compatibility problems with Sigma lenses. Error 99 is essentially the same error condition as BC, only on EOS digital cameras. The EOS D30 also had error codes 09 and 10, which are similar.

I hope that info helps.
Good Luck!
