My bathroom lights fan and plug stopped working but no breakers are tripped or of what could the problem be ?

If the whole unit has shut down together, it's not a bulb or motor problem.
Bathrooms are the wettest place in the home and corrosion is a constant problem. It sounds like the power has been opened between the breaker and the units.
Separate switches to lights, fan and outlet are fed by a box somewhere. That seems to be the problem. I hope you have an open basement or else the junction is behind a wall.

My Bathroom Extractor Fan does not work properly and for some reason the bathroom smells of cigarette smoke when the upstairs neighbours are at home!! Our landlord say's this is not possible!!!

Yes, very possible!. The bathroom fan is connected together, and the upstairs one is down-drafting to you. Have the exhaust checked for blockage, or buy a fan that has a built-in damper that closes the exit when not in use.

I recently had a fan installed in a small bathroom (5x8). The mirror and windows still fog up even when I take a brief shower. A few minutes after the water stops running, the moisture does seem to clear...

On the assumption that your bathroom is 8 ft high, then the volume of air in the bathroom is 5x8x8 or 320 cu ft. Even if your fan is 80 cfm it would take 4 minutes to completely exchange the air. Leaving the door slightly ajar would assist.
To overcome a similar problem, I installed a second fan with a push button 10 minute timer so the fan runs for a few minutes after I leave the bathroom.

Bathroom ceiling fan has stopped working

remove the switch and test it with a meter on ohms or remove the switch and disconnect the fan wires and connect the fan wires to an extention cord to test.

Moisture on bathroom exhause vent

the fan is pulling too many cfm (cubic feet per minute).you can replace the switch of the fan with a potentiometer type switch (this works like a light dimmer)you can reduce the speed of the fan,or you can use a couple of synthetic fiber filters to trap the condensation.good luck
