is the transmission rod pushed in if not get rear wheels off groud then with pedal press forward force wheel to turn forward while trying to force rod in takes two people to do this but it works if you here whine pump has gone bad have to replace it
You need to remove the tank and remove the fuel tank support and make or repair the old tank support ( this should be welded or brazed but I would weld it
There is no secret button. It sounds like the linkage between the tilt lever and the tilt mechanism inside the steering column has come loose, or the mechanism is jammed. If that's the case, it's a complicated job to repair it, and because of the air bag in the wheel housing, should only be done by a qualified shop.
