Sounds like you could indeed have a virus.
Try downloading the following program: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button, Installing it, running a scan, then restarting your computer to see if this helps. Hopefully this will pick up any infections and remove them. Let us know how you get on :)

Have you ever logged in correctly?
If so, try deleting the browser cache. In Internet Explorer go to tools, internet options, and click on "delete" in history. In firefox press [shift]+[ctrl]+[del].

its a common problem with the browser!
1. Try to refresh ur webpage
2. Close the browser, and start new browser window
3. Clear all Cookies, and then try to open dat page
