The line buttons are lit up permanently

If *ALL* the buttons are lit up solid then try rebooting the phone (unplug the phone line & plug it back in). However, if only one or 2 lines are lit up solid then that is an indication that those are companion key appearances of other extensions that are presently set to "call Forward Always" mode. You will need to visit the physical home location(s) of those lines to un-forward them. Hope this helps.

Call forwarding is off. Voicemail not working on all 4 phones. You can transfer someone to the phone, and they can leave a message, but we cannot get the message.

SOURCE: Checking Voicemail Remotely.
You will need to call in to the Voice Mail hub extension directly, then press * to identify yourself as a user (on some systems you may need to press # or press * twice). The system will ask for your extension and password and you will be granted access. Your system administrator can inform you of which extension is the VM hub on your system.
This is what Christ at Mitel told me. I'm still trying to find out our hub extension number.

Under the Blue Superkey, you can find a Call Forward prompt, enter the extension that you want to transfer your calls to and enable it.
To shut the call forwarding off, go back into the Blue Superkey and in Call Forwarding,t here is a disable call fording option

Under the Blue Superkey, there is an option for Call Forwarding.
Go to the call forwarding and put in the extension that you want to forward to, and then enable it.
To disable the call forwarding, you have to go back into the Blue Superkey and disable the call forwarding from there.
It's either that, or your system programmer may have given you a call forwarding button on the set to enable and disable easier.
