Once you have become a new member you will want to log into spec sheets, type the model number D300, at the bottom of the page that pops up it will show parts catalog this will give you a blowup of all the gears and how they go together. First of all you need to check volume controls to see if it has been muted. Go to programs then accesories then entertainment then volume control.After the volume controls pop up check to see if any of the boxes are muted if not you need to reinstall drivers Here is the place to get the driver for your sound card
