hi dee, its simple when you buy your gear head WC330I cam they have give one Installation CD its called web cam Drive, just put the CD in your CD ROM and double click that EXE setup file and in few min your cam is ready to work.
IF you don't have you Web cam drive no issue you this link copy and paste to your browser
Unplug the camera, uninstall the drivers, restart and plug the camera back in after desktop and startup programs are loaded. Does windows try to match drivers with your camera or you get an "unknown device" message?? If it asks you, have it download the drivers from the internet(it will look at the microsoft site.) Or control panel=> performance and maintenance=> system=> hardware=> device manager=> [look for your device]=>double click it=>hardware =>drivers and have the driver downloaded from the net automatically. Or start=> windows update=> custom=> optional/ hardware(or devices?)=> mark all of them and have win install them
